Absolutely 80’s is the fantastic 80s road show born out of the sold-out Countdown Spectacular of 2006.

Uncanny X-men had huge success with there album “How do you get your Kicks” and were well known for their fantastic stage shows.

Kids in the Kitchen became a household name in the 80’s with their double platinum album “Shine” and 5 top ten singles.

Boom Crash Opera lead singer Dale Ryder was recently in the charts, with a dance remix of The Best Thing by Hook & Sling. Boom Crash Opera originally formed in Melbourne in 1985 and had huge success with there album “These Hear are Crazy Times”.

If you’re keen for a high-powered dose of nostalgia, this is a show not to be missed for the true 80’s lover at heart.

Fireballs are recognised by many as Australia’s first and foremost psychobilly band, a reputation credited to their passion for playing hard ‘n’ fast and their endurance that has ultimately defined what is Australian psychobilly.

From the get-go the idea was to capture a flavour that would recognise their original rockabilly roots and their love of speed rock. Heavily influenced by double bass driven international bands, such as The Stray Cats, Batmobile, Mad Sin and the Klingonz.

After an extended hiatus Fireballs reformed with a new line up; Dylan Villain and Pete Speed replaced Matt Black and the band played at the Psychobilly Meeting in Spain.

Fireballs continue to take their brand of psychobilly to a new generation of fans country-wide and internationally.
